Background information:
After several months of attempting to deal with the AKGA BOD internally concerning several issues of actions perceived to be unconstitutional and failure to provide documents required to be provided by the IRS, to no avail, the following letter was sent to the BOD by the plaintiffs' attorney on January 9, 2009, in a continued attempt to reach an internal resolution to the many issues.

On April 10, 2009 the AKGA BOD received a letter of proposed settlement from the Plaintiff's attorney (see below). No response was received from the AKGA BOD. At approximately the same time, two AKGA members not party to the law suit, acting in what they felt was the best interest of the Association, also submitted a settlement proposal they had drafted to the BOD and the Plaintiffs, in an attempt to gain resolution for all parties involved. Once again the AKGA BOD did not respond in any manner. No response was received.
